Ogiya

Ogiya is a "yakitori" shop. Yakitori is a grilled chicken on a skewer. This kind of place is generally called "Izakaya". This means like a bar, so we can drink liquor, a cocktail, beer, Shochu and so on. Shochu is Japanese liquor. Maybe liquor match yakitori. It is great time after work. I used to pass by the street which in front of the shop. There is a savory smell of meat being barbecued.

Ogiya'peculiar sell's point is that grills meat with a charcoal fire. It can be done grill delicious. The charcoal's name calls "Bincho-tan". The bincho-tan plays an important part which taste good.
